Base s Zoya Waverly Pixie Dust two coats.Waverly is a sapphire blue PixieDust Matte with blue and light blue sparkles.Stamped flowers over by Pueen Nature Lover 01, Pueen clear stamper, Mundo De Unas White stamping polish. Color the stamped image by El Corazon Aquarelle tints. Topped with Glisten and Glow shiny top coat.
